We offer standard 12-month leases for all our properties. At this time, we do not offer short-term or flexible lease options. If you have any questions regarding our standard agreement, please contact our office.

Windsor Place is designed for adults 55 and older. Income requirements may apply based on specific units. Our team can provide detailed information during your tour.

Can I have overnight guests?

Absolutely! Your apartment is your home, and guests are always welcome. We simply ask that you inform the office of extended stays as a courtesy.
